Meet winemaker Richard Mattner
Born and raised at Light Pass in the Barossa Valley, Richard has had the region in his blood since before he could drive a tractor. He started as a cellar hand in 1993, earned his winemaking degree from Charles Sturt University, and took on Pepperjack in 2007. He still lives in the Barossa with his family, and his idea of a great afternoon is good food, good wine, and the people you want around the table.
