1 cup basil (picked leaves)
1 cup flat leaf parsley (picked leaves)
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons capers, washed
Extra virgin olive oil to combine
Pinch sea salt
White pepper, ground

  1. Place mint, basil, parsley, lemon juice & capers in a food processor.
  2. Process until finely chopped.
  3. With the motor running, slowly add oil to the mixture until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Process until well combined then season with sea salt and pepper.
